An
urban SUV with a fantastic design concept combined with the turning circle of a compact
car: the ID.4 shows how attractive electric mobility can be. With perfectly shaped 18
inch or optional 19 to 21 inch alloy wheels, a roof railing for additional luggage,
recessed door handles for improved aerodynamics, optional 3D LED tail light clusters
with dynamic turn signals and another very special highlight: an optional light line
that extends to the front and rear to the newly designed Volkswagen logo.
Colour Design
Simply unmistakable
With the
optional Exterior Style Package, the ID.4 offers you plenty of scope to create a shining
exterior. The exterior paint colour of your choice meets a black stepped roof with a
silver roof frame and C-pillar. A colour signature that plays with contrasts and is
instantly noticed. Just like the ID.4 itself.
Keyless Access
Comfortable entry
Thanks to the
optional Keyless Access system, the ID.4 also recognises your vehicle key in your pocket
and unlocks as soon as your hand approaches the door handle. And thanks to the optional
Easy Open & Close sensor-controlled boot, a flick of your foot under the rear of the
vehicle is all it takes to open or close the electrically operated rear lid. As you can
see: innovative technologies make many things easier.
Panoramic Sunroof
Heavenly views
With a huge
glass panel that stretches over the entire width of the roof, the optional panoramic
sunroof is an eye-catching feature in itself. Even more appealing: an unobstructed view
of the sky above. The tinted glass also ensures pleasant temperatures in the vehicle.
The sun blind protects you against strong sunshine. You can even control the sun blind
using extremely convenient voice controls. Say “Hello ID., show me the stars” and the
sun blind opens.
Towing Bracket
Equipped for your equipment
Does
your hobby need extensive equipment? Do you have a lot to transport for work? No problem
at all for the ID.4: the optional towing bracket is designed for loads up to 750 kg
(unbraked) or 1,000 kg (braked). If you don’t need the towing bracket at the moment, you
can fold it out of sight under the bumper in a few easy steps.

Welcome to Open Space
The interior of
the ID.4 is intelligently and spaciously designed so that it offers you and your
passengers an impressive sense of space. You notice this the moment you get in: plenty
of legroom, a large centre console and comfortable seats, optionally available with
electric adjustment and memory function. This is rounded out by a central touch display
of up to 30.5 cm (12 inches) together with a multifunction steering wheel featuring
touch operation and vibration feedback. The background ambient lighting in your chosen
colours emphasises the spacious lounge atmosphere.
Background Lighting
Light for almost any mood
Give your ID.4 more personality. Choose from ten standard colours (30 colours are
available as an option) and gently illuminate the interior. This includes the dash
panel, the mobile phone holder and the doors. Whether cooler or warmer lighting – it’s
your choice.
AR-Head-up Display
Pioneering navigation
In the
ID.4, you can keep an eye on the important things. The optional Augmented Reality
Head-up Display projects important information directly onto the windscreen in your
field of vision. Thanks to augmented reality technology, you can see the navigation
information on the road, exactly where you have to drive or turn off. You always reach
your destination with less stress and without your eyes leaving the road.
Radio
A better listening experience
A radio that
makes every ride more vivid. Whether with music or exciting information. The versatile,
optional Discover Pro navigation system enables you to access the We Connect Start
mobile online services and enjoy crystal-clear digital radio reception over DAB+. Your
smartphone is safely stowed in the integrated compartment of the Comfort mobile phone
interface, where it can be charged inductively.
Online Map Updates
Always up to date
In the
ID.4, you can effortlessly keep your navigation maps up to date: several times a year,
you will find the latest updates in our database. Available free of charge and with
updated map sections from regions where you often travel. The infotainment system in the
ID. updates the map material automatically and at regular intervals. When you drive into
new areas, new updates are detected and installed in the background. All that you need
is a We Connect Start contract so that you are connected to the Internet.

IQ.DRIVE - Our assistance systems
The ID.4 drives up with the
emergency brake assistant "Front Assist" as standard. The Car2X hazard warning is
also always included. On request, the ID.4 can be equipped with additional assistance systems, such
as “Travel Assist”
