Pierse Motors was founded over forty years ago and we now have a vacancy for a vehicle administrators.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Processing orders for all new and used vehicles.
• Invoicing and registering all new and used vehicles.

• Greeting customers and dealing with their queries

• Vehicle Administration duties regarding VRT, Car ownership, PDI etc.

• Dealing with incoming calls
• Maintaining filing
• Ordering office supplies
• Processing Payroll
• Processing Sales, Purchases & Cashbook ledgers
• Preparing and organising payments
• Bank duties to include recording daily transactions and bank reconciliations
• Assisting Dealer Principal
• Other Ad-hoc duties

Skills & Education Required

• Having over one year administration experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional administrative & organisational skills
• Strong IT Skills which must include Excel
• Flexible and adaptive approach
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
• Full Clean driving licence

Desirable Skills

• Have experience within the Motor Industry.
• Possess a strong desire to excel in a career within the motor industry.
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service.
